How does the headshot session work?
I bring a fully equipped on-location setup to your office or event space in San Diego. Each team member gets a short session, sees their photos in real time, and selects their favorite shot on the spot.
Can we do both individual and group shots?
Yes! Group photos can be added to any session. Let me know in advance so I can plan the best setup and package upgrade.
How long does it take?
For groups of 5-9 people, expect about 1 hour. Larger groups move quickly, averaging 5-10 minutes per person for an efficient workflow. Also expect a 1 hour lighting set up and 30 minute break down.
What if i want more photos edited?
You can request additional edited photos beyond what’s included in your package! Each extra retouched image is $30 per photo, which covers professional skin smoothing, lighting adjustments, and blemish removal. If you need bulk edits, we can discuss a custom rate.
What if I want a makeup artist?
If you’d like a makeup artist, I can arrange for a professional makeup artist to be on-site for your session. This ensures a polished, camera-ready look for every team member.
💄 Makeup Artist Pricing:
- Individual touch-ups: $75 per person
- Full professional makeup: $150 per person
- Half-day (up to 4 hours): $500
- Full-day (up to 8 hours): $900
